This site is meant to serve as a diary for my battle with the bulge. I hope by doing this I can help others who are in a similar situation and provide helpful tips and techniques to losing weight and staying healthy. I am by no means an expert, I am not a healthcare professional or dietitian. My goal is to tell you what worked, what didn’t work, and provide a progress report each month.
